Where can I find allergen information for menu items?

We have included some commonly asked allergen information here on this FAQ page. If you have any questions about allergens while ordering in-person, just ask any of our Team Members and they can help you with any specific questions that you have.

What dishes have Nuts?

The following dishes contain nuts: Our “gunpowder” ingredient is the only peanut-based item that we have. Items such as Sticky Gunpowder wings or Coconut Shrimp pizza, are not nut-free. Additionally, our butter masala sauce contains cashews, so our Bombay Butter Masala pizza is also not nut-free. Please note we are not a nut-free facility, so for anyone with severe allergies please speak with a manager.

I can only have pasteurized dairy. Can I eat your cheese?

Yes! All of our cheese here at BPK is pasteurized and safe to consume.

Do any of your foods contain MSG?

At BPK we strive to avoid food additives and do not serve any dishes containing added MSG.

Do your ingredients contain any dyes?

We are proud to say that none of our ingredients contain any food dyes. Our food is naturally colorful!

Do you have vegan options?

We do cater to our vegan customers! Please reference the menu tab on our website and consult the key which indicates the items that can be modified to be vegan-friendly.

Is your meat Halal?

Yes, all our chicken and lamb is premium quality halal meat which is flawlessly cooked and seasoned to perfection!

Are there any Jain dishes on your menu?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide food that accommodates Jain dietary restrictions. Please continue to check back for updates to our menu as we grow!

Do you offer Keto friendly dishes?

Yes! Our curry bowls are keto-friendly and consist of seasoned cauliflower rice, your choice of protein & sauce combo with veggies. Also make sure to check out our salads for a lighter fare option. Flavorful food doesn’t have to be carb heavy 🙂

Do you offer Vegeterian dishes?

BPK is proud to offer a broad menu of vegetarian friendly meal options. From savory bites through dessert, every course offers a variety of choices for guests seeking vegetarian options. Please the reference the menu tab on our website and consult the key which indicates the items that can be modified to be vegetarian-friendly.

Do you have gluten free options?

Yes! BPK is proud to offer a gluten free pizza crust available in our small pizza size (10″). Order any signature pizza or choose from a wide variety of toppings to build your own pizza, both available with a gluten free crust. For other gluten-free dishes, please the reference the menu tab on our website and consult the key which indicates the items that are gluten-free including some appetizers and curry bowls!

Are your ingredients Organic?

Not all of our ingredients are certified organic at this time. However, we strive to keep the ingredients as natural and sustainably sourced as possible. All of our dishes are free of added MSG and dyes.

Are your ingredients non-GMO?

Unfortunately, some of our ingredients are not non-GMO. However, we strive to keep the ingredients as natural and sustainably sourced as possible. All of our dishes are free of added MSG and dyes.

What are your healthy options on the menu?

We are proud to offer a variety of healthy dishes that allow our customers to eat well and be guilt-free. Appetizers such as Bombay Chaat Fries and our wings are all baked! No deep-frying here! We also offer curry bowls with cauliflower rice which is a a healthy low carb substitute.

Ingredients

What is Paneer?

Paneer is fresh cottage cheese and a common protein in South Asian diet. It is an un-aged, non-melting cheese that is similar to queso-fresco. It looks like tofu, but is more dense and contains dairy. It is commonly diced in small cubes.

What is Curry?

Curry is a general term used to describe savory, gravy-based Indian dishes made using vegetables and spices. Most of the curry based sauces we use at BPK are made from a mix of spices blended with onions, ginger, garlic, turmeric, and yogurt. We do have some sauces that do not contain yogurt for those looking for vegan options

What is the Calcutta Chilli? Is this going to be hot?

Our Calcutta chilli sauce is a sweet and spicy sauce made with red chili peppers, sliced jalapenos with hints of ginger. It is definitely one of our spicier options, so if you like some heat, definitely try this one out!

What is Palak?

Palak is Indian word for spinach.  Our palak sauce features fresh spinach and a blend of spices added for taste.

What is Butter Masala?

Butter masala sauce is a blend of tomatoes, cashews, heavy cream and a unique spice blend.

What is Tikka Masala?

Tikka masala is a tomato-based sauce that also includes ginger, onion, turmeric, and a unique spice blend.

What is Achari?

Achari is the term for South Asian pickled food made from a variety of fruits and vegetables.

What is Tandoori Masala?

Tandoori Masala is an Indian spice blend.

What is Naan?

Naan is a soft, fluffy flatbread baked in a tandoor oven.

What is chaat masala?

Chaat masala is an Indian spice blend

What are these tiny crispy Noodles/Crispy Sev?

Sev is a popular Indian snack food consisting of small pieces of crunchy noodles made from chickpea flour paste, which are seasoned with turmeric, cayenne, and ajwain before being deep-fried in oil.

What are these black seeds on Garlic naan bites?

These are black sesame seeds, just a variant of the white sesame seeds more commonly seen in western food.

What is gunpowder?

Our signature “gunpowder” is a blend of peanuts, dried coconut, and various spices.

What is Pav Bhaji?

Pav refers to bread in the Indian subcontinent, and Bhaji is a curry made of potatoes, carrot, cauliflower, and peas simmered in spices. Our Pav Bhaji pizza is essentially the vegetable curry served on pizza dough. It’s a yummy combination!

What is Nimbu Paani?

A refreshing lime-based drink with a blend of spices and garnished with mint leaves. Nimbu translates to lemon, and Paani translates to water.

Do you have a Kids menu?

Yes! We offer cheese pizza and waffle fries as part of our kids menu, which can be seen on the Menu page. We are hoping to expand the kids menu offerings as we grow!

How do you charge for "pizza by the cut?"?

For quicker service during lunch time, you can check out fresh pizzas on display that can be cut into small slices and paid for by the number of slices. It’s the perfect way to fill up your plate with different types of pizzas and try a variety of authentic Indian flavors all in one meal!

How many people does your Small pizza serve?

A Small 10 inch pizza is normally cut into 6 slices and serves 1 -2 people, depending upon your appetite

How many people does your Medium pizza serve?

A Large 12 inch pizza is normally cut into 8 slices and serves 2-3 people depending upon your appetite

How many people does your Large Pizza serve?

A Large 14 inch pizza is normally cut into 8 slices and serves 3-4 people depending upon your appetite

Is all Indian food spicy?

Not necessarily! We do our best to cater to a variety of palates, including those who may not want hot and spicy food but still wish to enjoy flavorful Indian cuisine. The majority of the items on the menu are not spicy, and those with a high spice level are indicated to be so on the menu.

I don't like spicy food, what should I get?

Although spices are often used in Indian cooking to make flavorful dishes, they do not necessarily make food “spicy.” Please reference the menu on our website to see which foods are designated as particularly spicy by the key.

How many toppings can I put on my pizza ?

There is no limit to the number of toppings you can add, but for optimal pizza experience we recommend no more than 7.

Do you offer half baked pizzas?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not have half-baked pizzas available. Please continue to check back for updates to our menu as we grow!

What’s the best way to reheat my BPK pizza?

The best way to reheat slices of pizza is either in the oven or on the stovetop for a few minutes.

Is your Kitchen shared for cooking vegetarian and meat based dishes?

Yes, we do have a common kitchen. While we use careful food handling procedures, it is possible for any food item or utensil to come into contact with animal products during preparation and/or cooking processes. Many of our recipes contain poultry, meat and shell products, so our kitchens are not certified “animal free”. Let the front desk know if you are stricly vegetarian and they will alert the kitchen staff to be aware and reduce the risk of cross contamination.

Can I bring my own wine / drinks / BYOB?

We cannot let you bring your own beverages, but we invite you to try our cool concept of “Pour my Beer and Wine” aka drinks by the ounce. You can try several taps of craft beers and house wines. Pour a little to sample a variety of beverages or pour a lot to drink up! We charge you by the ounce that you pour yourself using revolutionary RFID technology.

Are spices good for your health?

While certainly delectable, spices like turmeric and ginger have also been shown to provide anti-oxidants and have anti-inflammatory effects. Spices enrich our food with fragrance, color, and taste without needing to add sugar, fat, or salt!

Can I do half and half pizzas?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not have the option to split a pizza into half-and-half varieties/toppings. Please continue to check back for updates to our menu as we grow!

Do you do catering?

Most of the menu items are available for catering. Please reach out to one of our team members for catering related questions.

Do you make the dough in-house?

At this time we do not make the pizza dough in-house. We tried many different pizza doughs and chose to source it from a high quality 3rd party vendor who makes small fresh batches. We hope you like the crust as much as we do!
